全球半導體解決方案供應商瑞薩電子（TSE：6723）今日宣布針對專注于高性能無線產(chǎn)品的無晶圓廠半導體公司Panthronics AG（以下“Panthronics”）的收購，在獲得必要的監(jiān)管批準后，于日本標準時間2023年6月2日、中歐夏令時2023年6月1日成功完成。瑞薩電子同時宣布了13項“成功產(chǎn)品組合”解決方案設計，將瑞薩電子的產(chǎn)品與Panthronics獨特的近場通信（NFC）技術相結合，展示了瑞薩電子產(chǎn)品陣容的持續(xù)擴展，特別在連接領域。
